Digital Processing

1. Scanning services- Standard size paper, black and white scans at .06 per page. Standard size paper, color images at .08 per page. Other paper sizes are available. Price includes indexing and DVD.

2. Records services- Shred a standard size box for $5.00.

3. Records storage services- Store your records for $2.00 a box per month.

4. Data storage services- We scan your data for virus/spyware/malware. Access your data at any time at anywhere. We have three layers of security that keeps your data secure. Store your data for $1.00 a gig per month. We can take your old records and organize them for you and put them on a DVD for you for $2.00 per DVD.

Computer Services

1. Computer maintenance- Remove /viruses/spyware/malware, clean your computer registry, defrag your hard drive, and boost the overall performance of your computer and much more for $15.00 a month. Limit up to three computers serviced. Overall performance of each computer varies depending on hardware.

2. Computer Repair/Upgrade- Repair or upgrade that slow computer for $25.00 flat Labor rate, plus the cost of the parts.

Bookkeeping Services
1. Bookkeeping services- Basic bookkeeping starting at $100.00 per month.
2. Payroll Services- Payroll for 1-5 employees starting at $120.00 per month. W-2s included in price.
3. Tax services- Sales tax starting at $50.00. End of year tax filing starting at $350.00. Personal taxes starting at $35.00
Legal Services
1. Draft Legal Documents- Attorney costing too much? Our professionals in the legal department will have your documents drafted and filed in small claims/civil court for you, quickly and efficiently. Document preparation starting at $35.00 per document.
2. Small Claims- Our professionals can help you every step of the way through small claims court. A flat rate of $50.00 applies.
Business Planning
1. Business Solutions- Need ideas to expand or strengthen your current business? Let our professionals come up with the game plan to make your business a success. And hourly rate of $15.00 applies, minimum two hours.
2. Business Marketing- Get your business to the doorsteps of customers. Let our professionals make that flyer/business card/etc... to get customers to you. An hourly rate of $15.00 applies, minimum two hours.
3. Business Support- No problem is small or big for us to handle. Let our professionals take care of your business, while you take care of your customers. Our professionals can handle the daily for your business. Rates vary, starting at $10.00 per hour.

One of the services that we are currently working on is a Virtual Assistant. Imagine not needing someone there at your office to do your paperwork. Outsourcing is becoming popular these days due to the low cost of it to the business owner. Most of the office paperwork can be down via the internet these days.
